RAVIV GAILOR

VP OF LEASING

Raviv Gailor is a dynamic and accomplished real estate professional with over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate with a background in leasing, development, finance and construction.  Raviv joined INHOUSE COMMERCIAL in Miami, Florida in August 2024 as VP of Leasing.

Prior to joining INHOUSE COMMERCIAL, Raviv spent 12 years at Triple Five Group on the leasing team, where we worked on a number of high-profile projects, including world-famous shopping and entertainment destinations American Dream in East Rutherford, NJ and Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. Over his career Raviv has worked with a range of tenants big and small, from retail and entertainment to medical and F&B, and has cultivated deep relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, and executive teams. Directly prior to joining INHOUSE, Raviv spent two years on the Debt and Capital Markets team at Meridian Capital and another year running the business development for Ariel Construction in Manhattan. 

A native of Ottawa, Canada, Raviv holds a bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University in New York City with a concentration in Business and Sociology. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Sales Associate in New York State and Florida. Raviv is an active member of ICSC and holds numerous volunteer positions in his community.
