Jordan was born and raised in Miami and his family has been operating businesses in Miami since the 1930s. As a result, Jordan has developed network of deep connections in South Florida’s real estate community. He specializes on the supply side of the market, sourcing deals in the retail, hospitality, mixed-use and office assets as well as off-market sale opportunities. Primarily representing sellers through exclusive representation, Jordan also adds value through buyer representation, finding and placing investor needs in the market.

Staring his career as an investment sales associate at Whitehall Realty Group/DWNTWN Realty Advisors, Jordan was involved in over $150MM in deals within Wynwood, Design District, and Downtown Miami.

Prior to starting a career in real estate brokerage in 2015, Jordan founded and operated a wholesale liquidation company “UPI” and co-founded Raw Republic Micro Juicery, a retail health food concept with multiple locations.

Jordan has a Bachelors of Science from Florida International University's Chaplin School of Hospitality Management and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida. He currently resides in Coral Gables with his wife and two young daughters. Jordan is a member of ICSC, Miami Association of Realtors and CCIM Miami Chapter.
