DIRECTOR, INVESTMENT SALES

David Spitz is Sr. Director at INHOUSE Commercial Sales and has over 15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Having moved to South Florida from New York City early on in his career, David has leveraged many of his pre-existing relationships throughout the New York Real Estate market to introduce buyers to the South Florida Marketplace.

Prior to joining INHOUSE COMMERCIAL, David was the Director of Investment Sales at the Koniver Stern Group, a Miami Beach based boutique advisory firm, where he specialized in value-add real estate investment sales and exclusive buyer representation. Prior to Koniver Stern, David was the Senior Executive of Investment Sales at DWNTWN Realty Advisors. With a focus on the high street retail areas of South Florida including Lincoln Road, Collins Avenue, Design District and Wynwood, David has completed over $400 Million in transactional volume in Miami and throughout the tri-county area of South Florida.

Before working in Commercial Real Estate Sales, David was the Southern Regional Director of Capital & Venture Resources, a real estate debt brokerage, where he originated over $100 Million in loans on behalf of commercial real estate investment and development companies.

David is a member of ICSC, the Miami Association of Realtors and an executive board member at the Hebrew Academy of Greater Miami.
